PJSI graduates are not people who stumbled across a job posting. They sought out training. They committed to a structured pre-apprenticeship curriculum that covers hands-on trades fundamentals, OSHA safety certification, and job readiness preparation. They showed up consistently for a program that asks something real of them.
By the time they graduate, they have already demonstrated follow-through in a way that most entry-level candidates haven’t had the chance to prove yet.
