Project JumpStart Training equips individuals with the foundational skills to join construction projects as entry-level team members. The JumpStart Your Project initiative builds on this core curriculum by incorporating paid, on-the-job employment, allowing participants to work directly alongside subcontractors and gain valuable hands-on experience.
